GO BEYOND · THE DETAILS

Terms & Conditions

01 / About Go Beyond

These Terms & Conditions provide information about accessing services offered by Go Beyond Chiropractic, operated by Cantellow LTD.

Our practice is located at The Foundry Office Space, 8 Bell Lane, Brecon, LD3 9EE, Wales.

For enquiries, please contact hello.go.beyond@outlook.com.

02 / Online Bookings

Appointments can be requested or booked through our PracticeHub online booking system, accessible through the booking buttons on our website.

Appointment availability and confirmation details are provided through the booking system. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Booking an initial appointment does not create an obligation to proceed with ongoing care.

03 / Fees & Pricing

Prices for our Starter Pack can be found through our PracticeHub online booking portal, accessible via the Book Now buttons on our website.

Fees for ongoing Network Spinal care and other services vary depending on the individual's care requirements.

Following an appropriate examination, and once relevant findings and information have been discussed in person, we will explain the available care options and their associated costs.

All fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any ongoing care or financial commitment begins. There is no obligation to proceed with a recommended care plan.

04 / Care Plans

Where ongoing care is recommended, the proposed clinical plan will be explained and discussed with the individual before proceeding.

Any financial arrangements, payment schedules, or prepaid care packages will be explained separately and agreed before purchase.

Individuals are free to decline a proposed care plan or discontinue care. Any applicable financial arrangements for unused prepaid services will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

05 / Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact the practice as soon as reasonably possible.

Any applicable cancellation or non-attendance charges must be clearly communicated before booking and must be fair and consistent with applicable law.

If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will contact you using the details provided and offer appropriate alternatives.

06 / Payments & Refunds

Payment requirements for specific appointments or services will be communicated before the relevant purchase or financial commitment.

If an appointment or prepaid service is cancelled, any refund entitlement will be considered in accordance with the applicable booking or payment agreement and statutory consumer rights.

Refund arrangements for unused prepaid care will be explained when the relevant plan is offered. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

07 / Clinical Assessment & Consent

Care is individually considered following an appropriate clinical assessment and discussion of relevant findings.

We will explain proposed care, relevant benefits, material risks, reasonable alternatives and other information necessary to support informed decisions.

Booking an appointment or accepting these website terms does not constitute consent to any clinical examination or treatment.

Consent is obtained separately and may be withdrawn at any time.

08 / Outcomes & Expectations

Every individual is different, and responses to care can vary. No specific clinical outcome, improvement or result can be guaranteed.

Recommendations are based on individual assessment, professional judgement and the information available at the time.

09 / Privacy & Records

Personal information and clinical records are handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

PracticeHub is used for appointment bookings and clinical records. Squarespace is used for website enquiries.

Further information about the collection, use and protection of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy, accessible through the website footer.

11 / Website Information

It does not replace an individual clinical assessment or personalised professional advice.

Website content may be updated periodically. Any changes to contractual arrangements already agreed with an individual will be managed in accordance with applicable law.
